Well, The Old Library Restaurant will go one step better, we are prepared to set you loose in our own mini chocolate factory! Enjoy A Fabulous Buffet or Sit-Down Meal but save room for dessert: A full chocolate dessert buffet of seven fabulous desserts. While enjoying your fabulous sweets view the most famous of all chocolate factories where Lucy & Ethel worked and the history of chocolate on our room surrounding monitors. Great add on to this trip is a stop at the Lucille ball & Desi Arnez Museum in Jamestown, NY Lucy’s Birthplace. Smell the chocolate bubbling in our giant copper boiler. Savor that aroma. Enjoy our chocolate dipped succulent strawberries, mellow bananas, and tangy- sweet pineapple, just to name a few. Even operate our chocolate coater dipping pretzels, marshmallows and Oreo cookies! You’ll see how we make our original chocolates, including our own, “Taste of Olean” candy bar. You’ll paint your own molds and make your own chocolates too! Take home your very own handmade treats. MARDI GRAS NEW ORLEANS STYLE ! The parade starts as you depart the bus and our staff greets you with the famous beads, masks and doubloons. You will soon be offered Hurricane and other alcoholic drinks on a cash bar basis. Next, the Mardi Gras entertainment takes the floor. While being entertained your meal starts with a seafood gumbo and “Fesitval” salad served tableside. To make you feel like you’re in the French Quarters, Mardi Gras jazz buffet will be set up for your group to feast at. A variety of seafood, Cajun (light) and traditional foods will be provided to satisfy all taste buds. For dessert, Bananas Foster cheesecake, and no Mardi Gras Party would be complete without KING CAKES! Who’s got the baby?
