Do you sit at home watching those cooking shows with Julia Childs and
Emeril Lagasse and say I wish I could do that? …
Well, at the Old Library restaurant now you can. Start your lesson with
master instructions from our very own chef, Joe Marra and a representative
from Cutco Cutlery. You will learn garnishing tricks, timesaving meat
preparation and entertaining surprises all made with the tools that Cutco
makes.

talents and ask any questions you may have. After that, your group will
enjoy a delicious meal including many items you helped create.
After your cooking class, its off to Cutco Cutlery’s Visitor Center. Here
you will tour their facility and learn about the company history, product
innovations and be able to browse their retail shop.
