Broiled to order. Served with side of apple glaze.

Spare Ribs
A full rack of king sized Bar-B-Qued Ribs. Broiled with Louie 's very own BBQ sauce. $16.95

Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes
A boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms & sundried tomatoes in a brown maderia sauce. $13.95


Chicken Stir Fry Teriyaki
Boneless strips of chicken tenderloin, stir fried with a medley of fresh vegetables, and served over blended rice. $13.95

Chicken Pesto
A boneless chicken breast sauteed with olive oil, dressed in a sauce born of fresh basil, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and garnished with pine nuts. $13.95

Roast Long Island Duckling A l'Orange
A semi-boneless half fowl stuffed with house dressing and covered with our own orange sauce. $16.95
