Confirmation
of the number in attendance will be provided to Old Library
Restaurant within 7 days of scheduled event, you will
be charged according to number confirmed.
The hours of the functions must be predetermined. Should the
event extend past these predetermined reasonable hours an
additional charge would be negotiated.
Balance of amount due will be paid at the end of event unless
pre-arrangements have been made. Payment should be made in
the form of cash or check. In the event that a major credit
card is used, a 3% in house handling fee will incur.
If you are a tax exempt organization; tax exempt form must
be presented, before the event.
All food & beverage prices are subject to 17% gratuity
and applicable sales tax.
In accordance with NYS Liquor Laws:
No alcoholic beverages may be brought on premises. Alcoholic
beverage will not be served to any person under
the age of 21 yrs.
Decorations are the responsibility of persons having event.
Pinning, Taping or Nailing to the walls or ceiling is not
allowed. Time to decorate can be arranged.
Off-premise events are subject to additional fees such as:
China, bartenders, chefs, rentals, linens, kitchen equipment,
travel expenses, etc.
The Old Library may require a non refundable deposit to
secure services date and facility.
